I am from Kolkata and I was visited to Vizag with my family in Mid January 2013. Our experience was very terrible about Hotel Syamala Paradise. There is no any Room service for the tourist. Open naked cable & electric wire in the room & corridor which may be very dangerous, somewhere wall broken. Bed sheet are not regularly change. Although the hotel manager is not helpful, his totally unfriendly behavior is not such good manager.
