Downright pathetic when in comes to the facilities and treatment options at the centre. Except for a few good ones most doctors are totally incompetent.
Only option in Trivandrum. But try to avoid as much as possible for the good of your pet.

Even though there is a pharmacy, but most of the medicines won't be available. Also they could improve the cleanliness. The doctors are good can't say the same thing about the attendants...

If you're pet is a very young one, do not bring it here at any cost. This place might have great doctors and all, but the place is a reservoir of infections like canine distemper. I took my 6 months old pup here for vaccinations, and I let it free on the floor for a minute, till the staff there advised me to not do so, which confused me. Anyway, I took the vaccinations, went home, and one week later, the pup started showing signs of weakness of legs. I took it to a private vet, whose first question was if I had brought the pup to this center or not. He diagnosed it with canine distemper, and it died within a week's time, since there is no treatment for this disease. The vet said the place has visits from a huge volume of animals of all kinds, and they are not able to maintain a clean sterile environment in its premises like the treatment rooms, so taking small pups or weak dogs here, is almost an automatic death sentence. Don't make my mistake. Vaccinate from a private vet.
