Despite being very clear and specific as to the what, how and when I wanted my wedding blouse - which I'd looked forward to flaunting on the most important day of my life - what I finally got stitched after umpteen calls to expedite it, didn't fit me at all, was super late for any modifications and most notably, Deepa was unapologetic and unprofessional in her attitude, evading any accountability in this whole endeavour.

To add insult to injury, she was not even willing to make up for this mess by waiving off even a single rupee.

She's most definitely lost a customer for life and I for one would do anything within my means to warn/dissuade anyone I know of ever venturing here. Caveat emptor!
