The staff was quite polite and room was ok. The bedsheet didn't look very clean. Breakfast was included in the tariff and was quite good.

The staff are really polite and the food is also great. Clean and comfy rooms. Average budget hotel.

Nice rooms. Service excellent. They serve very nice food. Location is very close to railway station.

Stayed here as my previous hotel was over booked. Just a regular hotel. Room was small and had just the basics. Good for a quick stop over. Limited parking. The lobby was a disappointment as its not spacious.

It is a 3 star hotel. Pretty close to Trivandrum railway station and bus stand.
Cleanliness and maintenance could be improved.
Reception and other staff are friendly and co-operative.
Food menu very limited.
Breakfast is complimentary, but not many dishes are available.
Overall cost is on the lower side.
