Very peacefull and calm place in trivandrum city with classical buildings make people think about olden days.It's plastic free place visitors also try to avoide plastic and officers behave very well.

Some of the staffs are helpful and pleasant. Haven't experienced any errors or mistakes from their side. The bad thing is that there are staffs that are irritating and their services take a lot of time too. Should have made online options for applications of most of the certificates.

Good services.
Every department provides good and fast services.
We don't have to wait if we are on right time
Also free parking is useful
There are lots of efficient staffs.
Also the surroundings are full of trees.
Overall a pleasant experience.

Good premises. Information centre. Canteen.Bank. Information about university and exams. Centrally located. Restaurants nearby

Specified entry times here. It just makes a little hard for people coming from far places. The staffs here are good and responsive. But sometimes they are not nice. The building is old but good construction. Students always come here for Thier academic problems as well as others sometimes they get treated well and sometimes they aren't.
