Really bad service offered from the staff ,,Very bad and lazy staff ,they don't even spare time to hear your problem and sort out a solution for it .they are not interested in clarifying it . awfully bad .

Whats the use of contact number if they put down the reciever all the time
They are a group of irresponsible people
If the phone rings because of your luck, they wont even consider to attend the phone
