Had a knee prob. It was a bit chronic. But this physio helped me a lot. Now have developed strength and am able to do normal routine activities.

Dr. Mughda is a highly experienced physiotherapist... I have had multiple experiences with her which I have explained below.
I was suffering from a very bad back injury 3 yrs back and attended her sessions for a wk. After that I have never had any more issues with the back, it got cured completely.
My mother was suffering from a severe pain on her leg. Which also almost got cured after attending sessions at Sunshine for about 15 days. Doctor had suggested surgery for the same and my mother is much better now.
After these 2 instances, I also recommended her to my friends and everyone got benefitted. Good work Ma'am..Keep it up.

When my dad was recovering after TKR both knee replacement
She helped a lot with her rich experience she has gained over past years.
She being a gold medalist is trustworthy too

Trust me, this is one of the worst places to go for therapy. Although the rest of the staff is good, all Dr.Mugdha wants to do is con you out of your money.
Instead of providing any genuine therapeutic advice, she will try to scare you and torture you emotionally to make sure you go to her clinic regularly and pay her 300 rs for each session. And instead of teaching genuine exercises which can be done at home she will call you to her clinic to perform exercises there so that you pay up. And in my experience this will go on for a long time until you quit or maybe if you are treated (if you are lucky, maybe due to the occasional and more genuine advice provided by the other staff at the clinic)

I have suffered from lower back ache for the past 5 years.. so obviously was too low on confidence n was going into depression..I was given the best treatment and the doctor is like really enthusiastic and encouraging.. I really gained confidence when I met her.. hats off to her knowledge and therapy..Thank you Mughda ma'am..
