Not satisfied with trainers here , they will only train you well till the time you have not paid them, they insist lot to go for personal trainer.. if you require personal trainer then go for talwalkar baner otherwise don't waste ur money..
Gym area is small, rest room is gud, parking is available,security is good.

Small area but pretty good equipments and Very good out door activities. Helpful and friendly staff with high positive energy. Workout plan is designed according to body and capacity of a person. Steam bath is just like a cherry on a cake. Very hygienic and clean gym.

Service is very nice.Managers(especially my trainer Ms.priti) are really very concerned about our health and workout.Conducts new and refreshing events like piloxing,partner yoga,yoga +,cross-fit,zumba etc.Trainers are good.Friendly environment and lady trainers pushes for workout.
