Hotel room and restaurant was awesome but service was poor. Since we had included breakfast in our booking, we got the buffet menu which had a number of varieties like paratha, idli, watermelon and mix juices, milk, cornflakes, egg, fruit salad etc. The worst thing about the hotel was drinking water, they just provide two small water bottles for a day and after that if you need more you need to purchase it. Unfortunately., we had to buy two bottles with MRP: Rs 20 but they charge Rs 40 per bottle plus taxes extra so we paid Rs 94 for two water bottles. They don't have the facility to refill our bottles at all. Also, we asked for band-aid urgently and never received that..got a poor response saying we need to check and if there we'll send or inform if not, never received any call back from them.

The hotel is nice. A new construction so the place is clean and good looking. The rooms are spacious and have the basic amenities. Its situated near the passport office and it's close to shops and the various pubs and bars around Koregaon park. About the hotel staff, they need to work on being more responsive and well educated when it comes to hospitality manners. For instance, the cleaning staff got into our room and took away the ironing board without asking us. We had our clothes and delicates over the stand and they just moved it on to the bed and took the board away. They claim to have a 24/7 international kitchen, but all you get is what they feel like making. We asked for a basic Dal at 12am and they said they didn't have it in stock. The breakfast can be made better with more options. The food items prepared for breakfast were bland and there was no coffee or tea at your disposal.

Rooms are clean and properly maintained. Good value for the money. It seems like a busy place so book ahead if you are planning to stay. There is a restaurant as well.

Stayed for 10-11 days here in June. Starting with prons;
Good smell in the hotel,
The rooms are good with king size bed,
They have twin, double and king size beds,
Cons;
A few rooms have issues such as bathroom leakage, hot water takes time, AC not working, room size differ whether you pay more or less which basically depends upon availability. Which means i changed room because one or the thing had issue.
Free wifi is not good, our 3g connection is better then it.
The breakfast buffet service lacks. I can say this because i stayed for longer time and everyday i have to for my breakfast.
Some or the other the front desk seems rude.

Calm and peaceful place. Sparkling clean rooms.Delicious place. Nice to spend time and relax while on a business trip. Very helpful and soft-spoken staff.
