Very good place for hospitality. But backyard and surroundings are not cleaned properly. Car parking is not enough.

The Lodhi was our oasis in Delhi! The staff, our room and all of the amenities were amazing. Our driver to & from the airport was wonderful. Everyone took the time to make sure we were taken care of. All of the recommendations provided by the staff were spot on.

Calm and serene place in the middle of the city hustle bustle. Great for having a conversation over some drinks. Update: 7/9/2017- I'm noticing a huge drop in the food quality since our last two visits. Hence have reduced the number of stars to 3. Soggy and damp peanuts.. Soggy Papad. Ordered Kebab Platters.. Veg was fine.. But in the Non-Veg, The prawns were too hard to cut or even break. The Seekh Kebabs were probably stale. Went for a business meeting with an outstation client last Sunday.. Cursed myself for inviting them over there as I had to resort to actually calling the Chef & ask whats going on with the quality. Would've probably not been embarrassed if I spent those 20K at another hotel nearby.

Lodhi is the definition of impeccable service and relaxed luxury with good taste. Each member of the staff, from the guy welcoming you at the airport to the waiters, drivers, receptionists and again back to the guy seeing you off all the way to security check are devoted to making you stay as pleasant and easy as it ever can be. The rooms are more convenient than in common five star hotels, tastefully furnished and you usually get a better one than you think you had booked. This topped with a good restaurant, beautiful pool area and a spa that helps you to get rid of muscle tensions makes it a little relaxed paradise in the middle of a busy city.
