I am regular client of yours for over 45 years and have never come across such incident .
i was completely shocked and disheartend to find live worm in your cashew product .
Full packet was thrown as precaution and have would have to rethink whether to buy from you from now onwards . I don't have your email id or whatsapp to fwd you pictures.
