The staff is very friendly and the service is great. The food is disappointing, and the setting is very dull. Also, wine prices are very high and the quality very low.

Dum Pukht is an experiential restaurant. Every dish has story to it. The delectable food, the amazing ambience and the overall feel of the restaurant is truly beautiful. Its a must visit for those who are looking for change or something new.

Dum Pukht is one of the best fine dining places in Delhi. The ambience, the environ and the decor adds to the experience. The staff are not only courteous but personally cater to you, explaining the nuances of the dishes and their history. Infants are not allowed here but the staff graciously not only allowed our one year old son but also entertained him so that we could have our meal with the attention it deserved. Their chocolate cake is heavenly. Definitely a place to visit if you love food and want to try exotic Awadhi and other Indian delicacies on offer.

As if it's not sufficient with amenities in a 7 Star hotel like ITC Maurya that it is also having Aura of Awadh 's authentic Delicacies in Dum Pukht. Here staff serves as personal attendant. Excellent. Expense is almost same as per hype and high standards in peer group.
