Pathetic service. Overpriced food with average quality.
Today after finishing dinner with some of my friends here, when I asked for the finger bowl to clean my hands, I was served with the bill instead.
Moreover, I was told by a waiter, that they dont provide finger bowls to wash hands. Then, I asked him to guide me to the washroom or the wash basin to wash hands..
He then told me that they dont have wash basins.
Then I asked, how should we clean our our hands after eating (and before eating as well)?
He bluntly answered that they dont have wet tissues also. So simply, go out of the restaurant and wash hands in the washroom of the mall or whateva.
When I asked for the manager.. he didnt show up. Manager was there 5mins back.. but he vanished off when I asked for him.
This is the most insulting way a client can be treated. I will mention and raise this issue at various forums, blogs, zomato, trip adviser, food panda, etc.
I will also get is posted on groups on fb.
These arrogant restaurant staffs should realize the power and value of a customer.
These managers and staff dont care coz they dont bother about the image of the restaurant and loss to the owner, brought by such incidents.
