Highly disappointed with the customer service received from Harpreet Ford Kirti Nagar, New Delhi, India.
I booked a black Ford Figo Sports (Titanium version). They took the booking however after a few days, they said the black version is not in production hence I have to choose a different color. Why didn't they inform me beforehand?
Secondly, I gave my old i10 to them for which said they will be able to adjust 1.8L. When I went to take my new Ford Figo, they had just adjusted 1.72L. Why didn't they inform me about this beforehand? When promised 1.8L, why is it 1.72L on papers?
Thirdly, they promised to give me corporate discount for Adobe Systems Pvt. Ltd. in which I was supposed to get third year warranty. However today, after a week of car's delivery,they said it's not possible as it's not available with this model of the car.
What in the world is wrong with these people? Don't your employees know their own terms & conditions and their own policies? Why was I mis-led and mis-informed about these things? What if a new condition appears after a few days and they deny of something promised earlier? Highly disappointed and lost faith in your services.

Unprofessional HR People working here. Too much lazy for taking Interviews & Candidates have to wait for 7-8 hours for their rounds. and no feedback, no proper call attend after interview. pathetic experience.

Bad after sales service. Got my car insurance and there were some corrections needs to be done but no one is willing to do that..

Horrendous service. They reached out to me for renewing my car insurance. I zeroed in on a New India Assurance policy. Inspection happened and they asked me to pay for insurance as it was approved. After I make the payment, I get to know that the policy is rejected. Unhappy with this, I ask them to refund. Its been a never ending saga of Follow ups. As of this moment, I still have not got my refund. Worst Customer Service ever.
