Nice place to stay in.Hotel is clean and tidy. Ambience is very good. Staff members are decent and they provide quick service. Basic amenities like Wi-Fi, news paper, water bottle, tea and coffee with hot water kettle and toiletries are provided . Food served was good and hygenic.Only with few negatives like windows are not sound proof where u can hear trains honking, bathrooms are not upto the mark.Hotel Emerald in is in connaught place, which is a very happening place and very close to places like birla mandir, jantar - mantar, sarojini market, gurudwara Bangla sahib. Very safe and highly secured place to stay with families.

Hotel is pretty ordinary as far as amenities and services are concerned. I stayed in a super deluxe room of 4000Rs/night rent and it didn't had exhaust fan in bathroom. Moreover basic amenities like soap, dental kit were not provided. Room service is not responsive and WiFi connectivity is very poor. The quality of the Breakfast served in the morning is not upto the mark.
