I have ordered for a book, no information on shipping, sending email did not help and calling the phone number says the number is switched off. I feel that this site is cheating us.

Fraud people they are. I paid for a book in advance and I did not get any email/ sms regarding confirmation of my purchase. I talked to them over phone and they accepted their mistake and promised to send confirmation immediately. But no email or book yet.....
