I loved the ambience and the taste of Coffee and croissant. And the location is also very approachable. One gets a lot of space for parking too. And with some great shopping options for clothing nearby, Elma's is a sure hit.

We went there after some shopping around the market. We settled for a pot of Nilgiri Frost tea, a sandwich and a slice of carrot cake. The waiter, who was a little clueless himself, ran back and forth after taking down our order,only to come up later and tell us all the three items we ordered are not available. We had to make do with a pot of tea which we didn't want and a slice of cake we didnt want either. Although the cake was nice and soft. The group of people seated two tables away also had their experience when the women in the table jumped up in fright because they saw a mouse below their table. That in my opinion is not acceptable for a bakery/patisserie or any food joint for that matter.

The place is good, comfortable seating. Good music. However, they have steadily increased their prices to the limit where it is not worth it, which is a big drawback.

Really expensive for the food it serves (primarily dessert etc). The pastries and the food is great, but personally didn't feel it to be so good that it would command such a high price. Nice small and cosy interiors. There are other branches in the city - one in Hauz Khas Village as well on the top of my head.
