The hotel is very ordinary budget property but I have rated 3 because it's location, price and facilities. Our stay there in the month of Dec'15(16-18th)for 2 nights was only due to very reasonable price with Executive Deluxe room @550/- by taking full advantage of "off season discount". This hotel has unlimited facilities like -

Food quality was exceptional, rooms were neat and clean. The problem with these types of hotels are you can't separate / understand the difference between room type but they are honestly mentioning room category like economy-Deluxe-executive with clear differences visible. If you want to save some money go for it. In season they demand exorbitant charges but for higher bucks you have many more better options available there.

Hotel rooms are dirty, bathrooms are in very poor condition.
