Hot water supply was not readily available. Even in a super deluxe room they would charge for a room heater.
And adding my experience I found an insect in the drinking water supplied to me.

Leaving aside the location and the view of the town from the first floor rooms and the small lawn, nothing much good about this place.
The staff is always helpful and smiling, but the over all service needs to directed.
Major problem with regard to the availability of the hot water. They have an integrated solar heaters installed and the hot water is mostly unavailable in the taps. They under prepared to cater to all the guests on a sold-out weekend.

I had booked this hotel on 1st & 2nd of October for four but due to.miscarriage of my friends wife on 26th Sept. We informed the hotel that we are not able to come as per doctor's instructions but they refused to.return my Rs 3000 which is given as advance they are Heartless people & they don't have any humanity in them. Please think twice before booking this hotel. I hate you guys... First please be human...

Nice hotel at a reasonable price.
View is awesome from room.
Food is good. Staff is average.
I really like to recommend to stay here if you are going towards Bhimtal or Sattal.

Its located off the main road and you may face some difficulties in reaching the hotel. You will definitely need the help of the staff to reach the entrance

The hotel manager is a very courteous and understanding person. He helped us in obtaining a room heater and made our stay a real pleasure. He suggested excellent eating outlets and even got our room fully cleaned on check in as we didn't find the room cleanliness as per our expectations

Our room had a lake facing balcony and the view was excellent. Simply waking up to the view made our day.
The room was large with a big bathroom.

They have an in house restaurant and bar which makes it possible to enjoy without even leaving the hotel. The in house cooking is very good and we got an excellent room heater upon asking for the same
They also have a small garden with seating space to enjoy the sun and the lake view.

One area which was clearly lacking. We had to get the room cleaned in front of ourselves so that we could stay in it.
The staff needs training in this area and how they can be more alert and presentable to the customer
