The hotel is located at Mallital, close to the Naini lake, right on the Mall road, and that is it's biggest advantage. The boat house is nearby and you get some good views from this place. The rooms themselves are pretty small, and those in the rear have no windows. They have redone the interior, which looks good, but you feel cramped inside. Room service is good and the staff is courteous. The official room rates are exhorbitant compared to the facilities available, but you can get cheaper rates online and during off season. The vegetarian restaurant has some good items on menu.

Location was good in mall road. Market and Nainidevi temple within 5 min walk. Cleaning was up-to the mark. hey also have pure vegetarian restaurant which offers great food. I stayed here 2 days. i recomonded for this. Hotel staff are very nice.

I liked this hotel very much. They gave me nice room with Naini lake view. Interior is good. Made of wood. Hotel is just on mall road in the mid of the city. Hence no steep climbing to get to the hotel. Nice hot and cold water system. Good room maintainance. The good veg restaurant is attached to the hotel hence no food issue. The staff is very co operative and polite . Certainly 5 star rating from my side.

This was our first Hotel for our honeymoon trip. We did online booking for here. Hotel and staff were pretty decent. It's just adjacent to the Mall road this makes it is very convenient to explore this beautiful hill station.

Situated on mall road
Having said that this hotel is situated on mall road, you have plenty of options open even if you are tired in the evening. Just stroll around or enjoy various foods. You should check whether you lucky enough to get a lake view Room. Food is from running restaurant in same premises at reasonable price. Gulabjamun is the best. Rooms are relatively cold as there is no heating arrangement in there room. The interiors and exteriors are wooden finished. Staff is very humble and polite. Enjoy!
