This is a terrific arts/crafts gallery – a treasure house of local and also Kashmiri and north Indian work, beautifully curated, and with very friendly, knowledgable owners. They looked after our cameras while we visited the temple and took us up to the rooftop, which has a fabulous view across the temple gopuras. We bought this very beautiful chess set, carved locally from camel bone, as well as some wonderful silks.

I bought a carpet and never received the shipment until now. I contacted the owner and after a few months, he told me that the shipment would be dispatched soon. I am still waiting for the carpet
