Behaviour of staff is not good.
Very arrogant, dont want to take his name.
Hotel manager can check cctv footage of 20th nov (between1.30pm-2pm).

The rooms are well maintained clean and well lit. The food os exceptionally tasty. Room service is great. The staff is well experienced extremely courteous & gentle.

Very good experience. ....... would visit again if visit Lucknow. Good maintenance and services. Very good infrastructure. Complimentary breakfast, quality food. The Receptionist was courteous and polite to us. But Car rental service not provided which doesn't make it a COMPLETE HOTEL for tourists.
