ANR hotel

I (with my wife, both Sr. Cit.) stayed in Hotel ANR for 3 nights in the first week of Oct.2017. Our observations....
Cleaniness - good, Food - good, care - V good, Hospitality Execellent,
Staff - very cooperative specially the house keeping Manager Madam
We wish them a very progressive life .

I ask for water bottle slippers and iron three times and every time they listen and said will provide u till 00.11hrs I waited for same but no 1 came very bad service staff don't bother for guests....

Very Bad Experience. Not good for Family. No proper maintenance. GM of the hotel very rude to customers and has her own explanation. 1ST Floor drainage problem. All room with stingy smells. No proper WIFI. Rooms are small. We have taken up the issues with Make my Trip. No proper Buffet Breakfast as they do not have proper space for dinning. We had to shift the room after one day due to foul smell. All room size same except tea coffee in one room type. Stay away....

Loved my stay here. Staffs here are polite. Rooms are very clean and very well maintained. Even the food served is great. All in all a pleasant stay.
