Beautiful place with a famous castle Sinhgad and along with full of natural available resources. Specially one can enjoy rainy and winter season with green forest and about 40 diffrent birds species available in Sahyadri ranges. Come and enjoy the beauty of maharashtra.

The place is scenic and beautiful. The best time to visit is monsoon or winter. There two separate approaching routes. A road that goes directly to the top, you can use your own vehicle or commute the city bus. Hikers can take the the other route through the mountain trail. Which is quite popular among hikers. Try to avoid the hiker route during monsoon as the path becomes muddier and quite unsafe, unless you are are an expert hiker. If you are planning to hike during summer, then start as early as 6 or 7 am to avoid the summer heat.
