It was excellent hotel, i have stayed in so many hotels but never saw like Hotel Mahal Khandela. Guest relationships was excellent. Excellent rooms & spacious rooms. Food was very tasty . Service & guest welcome was excellent. Neat & clean place .
Mr.Bhajan Singh & Aman especially Helpful person.
I will visit again & again .

I was with a group of British students, rooms were on the 1st and second floors. Boys had to wait a lot for check in and till that they were not treated well. They had to take their luggage by themselves. And finally when they were in rooms then there wasn't enough beds. Students were asked to share beds with other students. There wasn't any extra bed, students were very sad and disappointed to be here and stay in this hotel. Very bad experience though. Means not proper management and service. Thanks

Don't trust the owner Mr KV Singh. Never get on to any of their tours 'India Heriatge and Culture Tours'. Him and his son will rip you off. They never follow the itinerary or pay for the hotel or tour guides properly. They will leave you stranded nowhere. DON'T DO IT!
