I take the pain to write this review to open your eyes about the quality of service as well as behavior of your customer care representative.I have booked a cab on 1st June 2013 via phone at the time of booking I have told the person who has booked the cab not to send Tata Indigo Car.Because in my previous experience on 26th March 2012 the air conditioner of Tata Mariner was not working properly,I have spoke to representative after boarding the car he had apologize for the same.This time when I have booked the cab I have shared my last experience with your representative and asked to send Toyota Etios car,he had confirmed me that they will send the car in good condition.But again this time also your team has send Tata Indigo whose air conditioner was not working.Before boarding the cab I had spoke to your representative instead of helping me he has started threatening me to pay Rs.1000 and cancelled the cab.After all this bullshit I have boarded the cab then he cancelled the cab and asked the chauffeur to attend other guest and cancelled my booking.I could have missed my train due to your irresponsibility. Hoping to improve your service and trained your people to behave properly with the client. Regards Zakir Khan

Rajasthan Tour has just finished now. We were thankful for our chauffeur Pitram. We have felt very secured with the driving. Pitram is not only a good driver but also a knowledgeable person. The Amar Mahal hotel in Orchha was suggested by our driver Pitram and we found it very nice. He went beyond expectations in arranging a Guide and recommended us a great restaurant. Thanks a lot for great trip in Rajasthan. Overall we were very pleased with SVT HOLIDAYS.
