Horrible agency. We contacted them for my son's visa to Singapore, promised us a week's processing time, after that Mr Ranjeet stopped taking our calls, a week later on calling embassy we found out they have not even applied for visa. Made us miss our flight, suffered loss of nearly 40000k all due to their laziness and negligence. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE AGENCY
