Had a really bad experience.
I took a couple Spa at their facility and was disappointed. The staff was inexperienced and I had the WORST deep tissue massage(their menu mentioned it as javanese massage) of my life. The therapist applied no pressure at all.
Adding to it, they ended the 1 hour session (as mentioned in the menu) in 45 mins stating that the remaining time is for bath. Even confronted this with the manger and he was also adamant about this.
This is very expensive Spa with untrained staff. Would NOT recommend it.

Very unprofessional . I had pre booked my appointment with them for a couple spa on my wedding anniversary dated 13.2.17 .they gave me an appointment at 2:00pm on reaching there i came to know that there is no appointment booked in my name and the excuse what they gave me was the who took my call forgot to book the same .the staff was very unprofessional ,on asking them for their suggestions book again and again didn't handedover to me and i was told that the suggestion book is misplaced. Thx zivaya for ruining my anniversary.

after visiting this spa. i will say that such a great place for spa therapy and therapist are very professional but the only thing which i missed that i can't try their all services because it such a busy place client are so much there but overall best treat i get.
