Saloon had stinky towels,the waxing station had no proper lighting and hence small hairs remained even after waxing,hardly have any choice of nail polish,the face steamer doesn't work,only 1 lady in the saloon to do from pedicure to haircut,didn't find anything organic about their pedicure and manicure as promised.my booking was initially confirmed and later cancelled by them even without any notice.i get to know of it only sfter visiting the saloon.they never called to reschedule but i had to behind them to get it done as payment for service was prepaid online by me. When i complained about the above to the manager,he seemed least bothered and affected.PATHETIC SERVICE. STAY AWAY!!
