Wow...i lost 7.1kgs in one month .my fat % reduce 31.9 to 24.2 and my muscle increase 29.1 to 31.9 ...my waistline reduce 3 inches.

I felt very happy that the Nithya nutrition center providing excellent services. I am being with Nithya nutrition center since 2 months. I gradually reducing weight, my back pain completely reduced also feeling tension free. Thanks to my coach Bhanu,Mr Suresh & Nithya team.

I am Ramachandra , now 62+ . I still feel younger because of the compliments that I get from people about my fitness and the way I manage my structure and appearance . But off late I started realizing that I have put on some extra Kilos on me and my tummy started showing up , so much so that I started receiving adverse comments from family and friends . I started to have hard times . My clothes are becoming small for me . I started feeling bad about myself .
