The experience was kinda ok,the service can be improved by offering a welcome drink, a more pleasing front office person, a bath robe can be provided, some relaxing music, better ambience and a ginger tea after the massage.

Reception is very bad . They do not offer proper service for people who approach with coupons. Every time they come up with new rule to avoid serving for nearby customers . Do not put it on nearby if u dont need those customers.

Shows So Much attitude When ever i asked For 90mints session He never give us
always he say its busy busy busy
and ystrday i requested to change the thearaphist receptionist and that rudely return my money and say no one is available
u can leave im not in search of lanna owner contact details more bad exp with me everytym Lastly sharing my exp here
