Not much options to choose from, chicken seemed frozen...that to from a long time.
Even when we wanted to eat ice cream only chocolate. plain chocolate was available and seemed expired.
Could be improved.

I have been to chappal rd branch n had really bad experience chckn the serve was not gud engh in name of chicken nugget u get horrible small chicken pieces .no staff to guide u properly.

I hav ordered 2 strip meal n 5 chiken nuggets...thy served the chiken nuggets rotten...some were gud some were rotten n dark in colored as thy double fried to sell...pathetic...whn i.opened the box at home i came to knw...as it was far frm.my house i coulnd go thr for exchange....if anyone.buying or taking parcel...do chck thr before leaving...

7th July, 2017 : Visited today with my family, I got very bad experience with the staff, ordered for Family Meal(Rs.970 including taxes) the order was missing masala rice when asked about it , the counter guy simply shrugged the shoulders and said its not available today, and when I asked to deduct the money for it , he said he has added a bun to compensate it.
Tissue paper was not provided when asked , the counter guy said its finished just now, The hand wash was lacking with liquid soap. It seems there is nobody to supervise the day to day operations there.
Finally I decided not to visit this outlet again.

First of all I would like to inform the viewers that this AlBaik is a franchise of an Egyptian food chain company and its nothing to do with Al Baik of Jeddah and Makkah (Saudi Arabia). If you look closely to the logo the Al Baik of Saudi Arabia is yellow where as this Albaik is blue.
I would rate this food joint 4 for the neatness of the facility and tasty fried chicken. When I visited there, there was no power, I was wondering why such a big chain could not afford an inverter or a power backup.
Overall its a nice food outlet with delicious and juicy friend chicken,
