Horrible. Don't go for residency. It comes up in oyo too.

It is nearer to MLA quarters & Fernandez hospital. It is on the main road and can be easily spotted. At present the hotel is under renovation.

1.Stayed in room no. 304
2. Only the bedding is of good quality.
3. The walls, AC, bathroom- all these suck
4. Reception made me to wait for 40 min to allot me a room.
5. There was a construction work going on beside in the midnight. Complaint on the noise was NEVER answered by the reception.
6. Morning Breakfast( complimentary) is served by some third party at the doorstep. The Dosa and Idli - both i ordered were of no quality at all.

This was the worst hotel we have ever booked.. There was no tv connection provided. Not at all hygine. Lots of cockroaches and small insects inside the hotel. There were nails above the bed which was pocking while lying. Bed was not at all comfortable. Food was served very badly from a local shop.The behaviour of the hotel management wer worst. The amount paid and the services we had were horrible. A small bed was provided for 3 guests. Totally we wasted the money and made them rich.

The worst hotel I have seen.. not good at receiving guests. No TV. AC remotes are operated by the receptionist they dont allow you to use. Bathrooms are not good I think public bathrooms are better. Beds are not in good condition. Not even single thing good I have seen in hotel. I don't know why oyo rooms choose this waste hotel 🙏
