Doctors are very professional, amenities are excellent, but staff are not able to reach the customer concern. For 2 examples...If we call after our surgery and enquire in reception land line, they will not respond properly. We need to be informed all our details, after our discussion they won't tell their name. As per their confirmation how can we go forward without their name. If any thing went wrong in their confirmation, doctors will ask definitely that who told you OR who has given this confirmation. This is what is to be corrected further. Second is, no proper care about wash rooms and proper cleaning method in ip rooms everyday.
Apart from these, everything is okay. This is not a complaint, take it as an advice from customer concern.

I got my vericose veins treated here by Dr.Raja. V. Koppala. The hospital is very famous for Vascular & Interventional Radiology. I went there only after I educated myself all about treatment on Lazer surgery for vericose veins. This helped me to understand better and was very much prepared for the treatment. If you do not know much about the kind of the treatment offered by the hospital, you will definitely be confused on the process and approach to the patients by the staff including doctor. Ask your doctor clearly during every visit. Patient counselling needs to be improved. Overall I recommend AVIS for all those suffering from vericose veins problems.

Doctor is good but administration staff are pathetic... They keep you wait for long and give lame explanation staff is on lunch break. I had insurance and they kept wait for 1hr... Totally for check up had spend 3hrs....hopeless

I am a B E Student and was suffering from varicose veins since 5 yrs, I got to know about Dr Rajah V Koppala. I consulted Doctor in May 2017 and underwent laser surgery for my problem. to my wonder the same day I got discharge and was walking very fine without any difficulty. Thanks to Dr Rajah Garu..

My mother underwent laser surgery for varicose veins Last week. Surgery was simple with no stitches or anesthesia and my mother walked back home the same day. Dr. Rajah explained the procedure side effects associated in detail. Staff nurses and the hospital management has been extremely patient helpful and efficient throughout. I will definitely recommend the hospital to all my friends and other family members.
