Consider it a big Joke
They will never respond to you or your query in a timely manner.
You have to keep on calling them or bug them about your refund of the security deposit.
Totally unprofessional people.
Belive me these people write thier own reviews.

My first choice self drive cars goto place. Good and flexible deals. Best thing is they have a car or bike for all people. Eon to Ecosport to Volvo to Jaguar. But rates a bit high after GST. Can't blame Driven but BJ*

They are not properly online but vehicle collection and condition is good . They are a bit flexible with time if you contact them as well

Worst management ....
They are not even providing helmets ...
I came all the way from Khairatabad to Jubilee Hills ..... no helmets here .. instead of providing helmet or intimating ....
They are asking me to go to Khairatabad for helmet and then to come back here to take the bike ......
the most wierd and rude behaviour .....
Even instead of apologising for their mistake they are pointing out that I did not ask for the helmet while booking ...
