Rude Employees and Behaviour. Worst Service . Don't ever call their Toll Free Number which is Handled my uneducated/Un professional people who don't know how to speak to customer.

It's very good to hire a car with or without driver. Located in a very convenient place. Services are good. Cars are clean. Most important thing is that, they are open 24*7.

I have rented a sedan (Renault Scala) from this branch for 20 days. Car was clean and decent.. I liked the experience of renting a self drive car in India with this company and it's my first time with them. The business owner's communication is fast and he is even available on what's app showing the pictures of the car and odometer etc before rental and after rental. Overall the transaction went smooth and I recommend all of you renting from this company.
Suggestion to business owner is that "you guys need to have more newer cars available for long time renting parties and loyal customers". Also, drop off and pickup service needs to be improved as well and should be extended to the entire city rather than closer customers. One would assume that living in ECIL is same as living in a city and a customer from that area should be able to utilise the same drop off services that a person from Punjagutta is enjoying.
All in all -good job..keep up the good business.

Car rentals w/wo chauffeur. Pretty decent rates, with decent variety of cars available. The card come with goodies too.

This Blue Drive company are giving Excellent service. recently I have booked for airport dropping and they have done good job.
their Communication system is excellent . Cars are very good and neat and brand new. I have taken the opinion from our VIP' s regarding their cabs they have fully satisfied with this Blue drive company.
