Average Room size. No complimentary breakfast or WiFi. Has an in-house restaurant with bar. Lift is old and tough to operate. Provides travel and tours services in and around the city. Rooms and Linen are clean enough. No geyser in the room. AC is in good working condition. Staff is cordial and services are good.

Don't get fooled by posted photo of rooms in travel sites. You won't get the displayed room for 3 person delux room size 14x12. Room service is pathetic. Room service mentioned 51 and 52, we called 51 they asked to call 52, 52 asked to call 53, and 53 asked to call 52 for room service, perfect example of loops . Drinking glasses are damn darty and used.
TV has only 4-5 english channel all other are tamil. Pic quality pathetic.
Look for other hotel there are many in this location with good rooms and services.
Only plus point is big toilet.

The room was clean and the bathroom had hot water, though it had a mind of its own. Without turning on the water heater, we were getting piping hot water. Other than that, seemed like a value for money experience except for the fact that the a/c didn't work so well. And inspite of reporting it thrice, they were not able to fix it except come and fiddle with remote and tell us to wait a while for the cooling to take place. The room service was ok but they could improve the quality of their cups and spoons. The restaurant menu shows many items but both the days we stayed, they had only South Indian meals for lunch.

They very interactive to arrange water.
Even after ask for paid drinking water they refused .
Before Check the hotel ask about water.
They don't have own water source
