I recently shifted to Chennai, was looking for a reliable packers and movers in Bangalore. After shortlisting a couple of them, I zeroed upon VRL packers and movers as Mr. Faruq was the only person who cared to call back asking for the status. I called them a day before, asking if it possible to shift next day in such a short notice. He readily agreed. Next day by around 11 AM, helpers were there at my doorstep. Everything was done quickly and all the items were handle with care. The staff who came answered all our queries and were very supportive. I would definitely recommend to others. Thank you

Horrible service...Had to call multiple times to know when I would recieve my items. The packer had ensured me that my photo frame would be safe and when I recieved it the whole glass was broken into pieces and the picture inside was damaged. When i called and asked the packer about it, he claimed it was because of the driver, then why do they garauntee that nothing would happen.

They give personal assistance from the day of pick up till the drop date and even after that. I took the service to relocate my goods from Bangalore to Delhi and feel no hassle on relocation. I would recommend their service as because their service cost and quality both are worth. Good Job in Packers and movers field.

was stuck with so many movers and packers. But then trusted on vrl Movers and packers. I was scared, but my things were delivered with in given time . From chennai to Lucknow, it took only 4 to 5 days. I am happy. They are trustworthy

I had a worst ever experience with Chennai packers and movers.Recently I had to shift and this packers and movers gave us a big trouble through all means. No punctuality in timing, bad workers who did not even know to pack stuffs, providing a smaller vehicle and we had to call up owner only to receive a irresponsible answer.on top of all they did not let us know that the goods would reach only on the next day that too in a private lorry where we had to arrange our own people to unload and arrange things.over all it is a big loss to have chosen them and worst experience in life.The contact person would give us all false promises and implement none.people! my humble suggestion is not to go for them and put yourself in trouble.
