One of the best hotel with all sorts of comfort.
Service is great.
Rooms are spacious and well furnished.
Food is gud but not too good.

Modern amenities but yet holds classy decor. Great friendly staff. Awesome food at reasonable rates. Centrally located.

Firstly let me say that if u visit Kolkata and want to stay at a five star hotel then this is the place. The architecture, decor and the entire hotel is simply awesome. It is so tastefully done that you would really regaled in the ambience. The swimming pool is also awesome. The only problem I have with this place is that irrespective of being such a high profile place, the coffee shop closes at 12am. The was a big shocker to me. There are no midnight musings or conversation over coffee that can happen here. It's really a big disappointment.
Firstly let me say that if u visit Kolkata and want to stay at a five star hotel then this is the place. The architecture, decor and the entire hotel is simply awesome. It is so tastefully done that you would really regaled in the ambience. The swimming pool is also awesome. I recently visited the oberoi grand and it was awesome. It was a great experience. The hotel is lavish and feels like some royal palace. The staff and other members present are very humble and responsible. Even the security is very nice. I loved my visit.

Firstly, thank you Google Opinion to provide this platform where one true traveler can post his/her thoughts (and not to mention, gets a reward). My most favorite brand and preferred property on the face of this globe. Oberoi Grand, Kolkata is one of it's kind, I've been to Oberoi Dubai as well but Kolkata Grand, loved it! Everything you can think of whether it's the location or rooms or staff or F&B or aroma or symphony or etc. etc. is very well organized and professional. A true hospitality! Every human being should experience the way Grand's people treat their guests. They understand how to serve both tourists and travelers (this line says it all). At The Oberoi Grand, I also had the opportunity to see and meet the very rare and prestigious human breed of all, "The Golden Keys". Thanks again Google and of course The Oberoi Grand. :) P.S: Keep asking & keep rewarding.
