Nicely renovated facades. An old and historic landmark of Calcutta, now Kolkata. Restoration is still going on. Good food specially bakery side.

This is by far the best hotel I've ever visited. The rooms are amazing, we were upgraded to a Legacy room which I highly recommend. The service is unbeatable, the staff are fabulous, the amenities are definitely 5 star and I'd recommend it to everyone. Fantastic value for money considering it's 5 star. I'll definitely return. Thank you for a wonderful experience.

Great place, very historic. Everyone must get the heritage walk offered by the hotel. One of the best breakfast spread I've had ever. Food is awesome. Although they can use more shade over the breakfast area, sun gets a little annoying.

Awesome ambience and great hospitality. Food is damn delicious. We had buffet and one can find loads of delicious varieties to choose from. Staffs are very cooperative.

Lavish rooms and well spaced washrooms. The rooms are very much in line with the neo class customers. It ain't extravagant, but definitely smart and updated!
Alfresco, their restaurant is definitely a must visit buffet place for any exhausted traveller in to the city. They surely have a good spread of buffet with some live counter as well. Surely rejuvenating for a food lover!!
Service quality is above average. Nothing sensational or outstanding, expect for a couple of keen and attentive staff at the reception counter.
