The store Manager Pooja was very customer oriented . The Ambience was good . Staffs were very customer oriented . I would like to Rate 5/5 for the store Manager Pooja and thier staff . it was a great cust service

Very unprofessional staff. They fight openly amongst themselves in front of clients. Very rude behaviour, especially of one of the girls called Nandita. She is so bossy and rude!
Very expensive place yet it offers no comfort or relaxation that one would expect from a spa.
