Had a great trial today. The experience was refreshing. The concept of Rave is unique and it focuses more on overall body fitness with daily movements rather than relying on machines. The trainers are very helpful too. Have joined.

An unconventional gym on AJC Bose with a machine less environment promoting excellent functional workouts that are both effective & fun to do! Trainers are well versed with their routines and provide easy access & personal attention to all the members. Big Thumbs up if you are bored of the same old machine workouts in your average gym!

Experienced , well informed and prescient trainers. . .owner is quite vigilant and proactive in assessing and solving all kinds of problems of his gym members. . .a very efficient front desk executive. . .cleanliness is next to godliness is certainly believed by Rave. . .
