I took the buffet and to be very frank, for me the starting welcome drink was the best thing I had in my entire meal... the buffet did have quite a few items but even then compared to other options the variety of food and its preparation was quite mediocre! I gave a 4 star rating owing to ghe corteous staff and the cleanliness of the hotel

Extremely Good stay. They have almost everything in the hotel including Pool and Gym. There is a restaurant named hi-brew downstairs. Delicious food and complimentary bkfst. Hospitality at its best. Staff is very responsive and helpful. Pricing per night around 2K-3K

We booked a DELUXE Room online and GOT was a dirty room with broken ceiling and overflowing toilet.
When asked to change they said no alternate rooms available
After lot of arguments they offered a room adjacent to conference hall with no amenities.
Already complained in Goibibo about it.

our group of 18 people had a rooftop pool party. the timings and menu was decided 1 week before the above date and the same was communicated to the management. we reach the hotel at 6 pm but it took 1 more hour to start things. Starters were not up to the mark. also they changed the menu and food was not at all good. Staff members were also not co-operative.. only thing we liked was the pool.. i recommend not to visit the hotel if you are foodie..
