The service here is very poor. Though rooms here are quite spacious. If you are visiting kolkata and want to keep your luggage and fresh up its a good place.

Very bad service. Dirty room. It does not clean well. Very low quality complimentary breakfast. Room service is very bad. Few Rooms walls are full of fungus. Continuous sand and color falling. Hotel authorities should be more vigilant in these issues.

My wife and I stayed here for five nights. The service was excellent. Everyone on the staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel was clean and well maintained.

There are two hotels with the same name on karaya road, one is HOTEL ROCK STAR (it is situated on the main road on the side of the church) and the other is HOTEL ROCK STAR SUITS (it is inside the street).
SO DON'T GET CONFUSE.........
HOTEL ROCK STAR SUITES
** LOCATION**
Located inside the street, some people are always sitting there in groups smoking cigarettes and drugs ( this can be witnessed from the room window)
There is no parking spot
No wheel chair friendly entrance
** ROOMS **
The hotel rooms are spacious but not maintained. Dim lights with lot of dust on the windows and sofa, seems no nobody has done dusting since ages.
Lizards were roaming freely on the ceiling ,sofa and centre table.
TV is in a good condition but remote controlled doesn't work.
Washrooms are big.
** FOOD **
They don't give option for food in complimentary breakfast.
They make only one dish and send in your room which is tasteless.
** PAYMENT OPTIONS **
One can pay via cash or online payment.
THEY DO NOT HAVE MACHINES FOR CARD PAYMENT.
