It is very prestigious institute . In near future it will be top Engineering College college / institute in India. Further it is pertinent to mention here that food quality in all hostels should be improved by college management.

An institute of national institute and which achieved the 17 rank in the NIRF ranking.
Awesome greenery campus,2 big modern playground,nice labs, great research centers,well renowned professors,gym, swimming pool,3 different banks,hospital, Institute hall,separate departmental seminar hall,be model school,3 lakes ,3 nice canteens,guest house...... Everything is available in the campus of IIEST shibpur.
Awesome feeling when you will enter in the campus.

Wonderful institution for pursuing bachelor's of engineering in any stream.Iiest boasts of having a very good faculty in computer science.Campus is lush green with two fields and ponds.But the condition of hostels are not that good.Most of the buildings were constructed during the British era.So heritage structures are a common sight here.
