Disappointing is the word. Hardly any animals there. The few ones that there are, are in a pitiful condition. The gardens however are good to spend some time in. One might want to go to see the penguins, but that's just a 10 second glimpse of those beauties before you are rudely shoved off. Go here if you have nothing better to do with time and are left with no options !

Not much animals ... Penguin house is good... Good for kids for an hour or two. Nothing much inside to eat and drink.. just small shop inside. Security will not allow to take outside food so make sure go full stomach.

This is a joke. There are no exotic animals. No lions, tigers, elephants, rhino's or anything worthwhile. One can only see deer and monkeys. The enclosures are poorly maintained. Even the penguins are inactive. Poor experience. Instead of maintaining it like this they should close it down.

Now this place is clean. Lots of Greenery. But very few animals. The attractions are the Penguins. Entry Fee Rs 50 per head for children & Rs. 100 for Adult, they have a family ticket for Rs. 200/- that includes entry to husband wife and 2 kids. So if you are planning family outing then but this ticket. They do not allow any plastic like bottles or other things in the zoo so do not get any. However if you have non disposable water bottle for kids they will allow. Limited Parking is available at this place. Worth a visit with family.

It seems that the authorities wanted to focus on only the Humboldt penguins. Rest of the place is a botanical garden. I mean I am being positive about how to best describe the place. Some birds, three hippos, four Nilgai, one rock python, common monkeys, two Emu, but no tiger or any other carnivore. Kids might be able to enjoy due to the children's park. There is a canteen which serves tea, coffee, cold drinks, flavored milk, water, and popcorn. Make sure you have a good breakfast before you make your entry!
