Great hospitality, superb clean rooms, bit old style furniture but totally adds up to the feeling of 90s n I m saying this positively. Great buffet n taste n very attentive n courteous staff. Check in has been great n quick n shall always stay here. A home feeling away from home

I spent more than 10 days there. Awsome food, good environment, room service and the behaviour of hotel staff make you feel at home.But I think they should renovate some of the rooms to make it picture perfect.

Good and nice hotel. Good ambience and good restaurants too. Ample parking will cool atmosphere.

The hotel is nothing like in the pictures. There is heavy leakage from the ceiling on each floor where water is dripping on the carpet. It is not only a health hazard but also a safety hazard. I told the manager and he said it's just called sweating and we have it on all floors. Also that it's just been 2 days and we are looking into it. The smell is unbearable and has made me sick over last night. My throat is itchy, I have a bad headache as the ventilation is also all screwed up because of the harmful chemicals seeping out of the walls. I have put up pictures too if you don't believe me. I am checking out now and looking for an alternate hotel during my 2 day stay in this city. I have asked the manager to switch me from this Property to another Swosti property that doesn't have this problem however he conveniently jumped into a meeting and hasn't responded back. Will wait for an hour max and then I'm out of here.

Hotel is very good. Customer service is also good. The view of the hotel is best. It has got well maintained swimming pool. It has got good interiors. The hotel has invested good in decoration. It has indoor restaurant. Newspaper is delivered everyday. Wifi facility available. Banquet hall and meeting rooms are available. Altogether it is a good hotel.
