A decent enough place for small programs and art displays.
Wonderful location right at the junction of old city and new Bhopal
Not properly publicised; No display boards on road side or even right outside Swaraj vithika
Leave alone wheel chair access, even the Steps at the main entrance of Swaraj vithika are in need of critical care
Walls would do with fresh paint
