My wife and I went for a foot massage yesterday for 60 minutes each. The quality of massage was good but we were short changed on time and quality of massage chairs. Our appointment was at 4pm, we were taken to the room (make shift massage chairs) at 4.10pm and the massage finished at 4.50pm. On telling the staff at the counter we just received a surprised look as if nothing had happened. Shocking Customer Service. Next time we go we will show our watch and then start the massage plus insist on proper quality of chairs. If it happens again....then no more visits.
Just saw your response team white mantra. I am surprised at your response as we received only a total of 40 minute massage while we paid for 60 minutes. We did not get 50+10, I repeat we go total 40 minutes!!

Had a very good experience here. Legitimate spa. Location is a bit difficult to find. Staff was good.

White Mantra is the ultimate spa experience. It's location is pristine. Therapists are so well trained and professional. Ambience is awesome. Its an experience unmatchable.
