I and my Hubby went with a appointment for a hair job and the receptionist asked someone to attend to us.Reluctantly a guy was asked to do my hair job by a man calld Raju.I gave him my expensive hair colour and asked him to use it and also do a hair spa with one power dose which he agreed as Raju told him to do but was not really inclined.Then I saw him mixing my colour and applying it rather shabbily as he did not cover my greys,both were laughing and playing mischief as though they were doing some favor.Then after a hair wash came application of my own developer instead of Spacream and power dose was nowhere to be seen .Asking him he said its mixed in developer and lying and laughing ,Same with Mr Raju lying and not showing customer the power dose ,My Hubby who went in for a pedicure also has bruises and skin tear on his foot.The Hair cut he had looks like a rat has eaten his scalp.Sadly all this complain was made to owner who said she will talk and discuss next day but no calls ,People must be very careful of the frustrated staff who wants to o home service and steals clients power does and spa cream to make ends meet.
